Cannon Free Library - Delhi, NY
On June 20, 2023, we gave away or sold 88 books in 2.5 hours today at our first event. It made us so happy to see readers excited to choose books for themselves, their siblings, or their kids and grandkids. We’re exhausted and still processing that our dream is real.
William B. Ogden Free Library - Walton, NY
No bus? No sun? No problem! On Saturday, June 24, 2023 we brought our six bookshelves to William B Ogden Library in Walton. Staff helped us load them into the basement activity room and pandemonium quickly ensued. We sold or gave away 115 books in 2 hours and the library almost doubled the number of kids who signed up for summer reading. It was a joyous day and we are so grateful to the library for partnering with us to get books out into the community.

Pop-Up Event at Wakeman Coffee Co

Additional Info: We had a blast setting up outside Wakeman Coffee Co on Octber 21, thanks to the generosity of the owners there. Local families easily spotted our tent and found us and we gave away a lot of books, and had grea conversations, too.
